New Certifications

We are now SBE, HUB and WOSB 8(m) certified! Cude Engineers would like to announce that we have received our SBE certification from the South Central Texas Regional Certification Agency (SCTRCA). We also received our HUB certification from the Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts. In addition, we are registered with the SBA as WOSB 8(m).

Cude Engineers is pleased to announce the hiring of Mason Liebau, PE, CFM as an Associate. Mason is a civil engineering graduate from Texas Tech University. He has eleven years of experience conducting feasibility studies and design for drainage improvement projects including hydrologic and hydraulic studies; preparation of drainage construction drawings and documents; inventory of utilities; database development, and preparation and submittal of documents to various governmental agencies to request permits and other requests. His experience includes federal, state, county, municipal, river authority and private drainage projects.

In addition, we are pleased to announce the hiring of Todd Compton to fill the role of Client Relations. Mr. Compton holds both a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology and a Master’s Degree in Environmental Science from UTSA. He has 15 years of professional experience and has spent the past 12 years involved in business development and marketing management, where his duties have included client relations/management, strategic planning, business development, corporate training, meeting facilitation, public involvement, project development, project teaming, project management, and event planning. Mr. Compton spent the first three years of his career involved in program management, project management and environmental document preparation.

Cude Engineers has been awarded two Marketing Communications Awards by the San Antonio Chapter of the Society for Marketing Professional Services. Cude was recognized for Brand Identity and Statement of Qualifications. The judges recognized Cude’s branding as having “cleaner formats, a sharper color palette, and more contemporary graphics.”

Abby Deras, CPSM was also recognized as the San Antonio SMPS chapter’s Board Member of the Year. Her initiatives as the Communications Director earned her the top honors by her peers.
